David is a Southern California native who has been active in Mortgage Banking for over 18 years. During his career David has worked with several well known Southern California Banks and Mortgage Banks where he participated in product development as well as Mortgage banking technologies. Before organizing Dashfunding.com, David specialized in affordable housing and served as a CRA officer (Community Reinvestment Act.) for one of the Fortune 400 companies which is one of largest mortgage banks in the United States.
David finds you the right loan based on what your mortgage history has been, your desired payments, your long and short term financial needs and goals, and any other desired terms of your loan. He asks all the right questions, and then offers you a choice of customized mortgages that will perfectly fit your needs.
With his wealth in knowledge, David brings his expertise to Mortgage Planning. He has also been very involved in many communities. He lives right here in the Southern California area. He supports local fundraising events, including but not limited to, golf tournaments, park and recreation programs, MDA (Muscular Dystrophy Association), and other well-known charities.
